Registration for the 2021 Convention will open in early 2021.

Note: Multiple attendees can be entered on the same registration form. Please follow the online directions.

Rates increase on March 1, 2021.

Early Registration Rates for planning purposes:

Member Registration:  $60 ($75)
Non-Member/ Non-student Registration:  $110 ($125)
Student Member Registration:  $25 ($35)
Non-Member Student Convention:  $40 ($50)
Retired Member Convention Registration:  $20 ($35)
Sponsor (if paid before 3/01/2018) Registration:  (fee included in membership of $90) 
Life Member/ Honorary Life Member Registration:  (fee included in membership) 
Undergraduate Scholars’ Conference (USC) Registration: $50 - note, by acceptance only
Faculty One Day ONLY Registration: $30/day ($35/day)

You will be asked to log in to your account or create a new one. (Note: that the login and password selected on the submission website are different than your credentials on the ECA website.)

Note: you can renew or add a membership on the convention registration form.

On the first registration screen, you will be asked to select your type of registration:

  • Member
  • Non Member
  • Student Member
  • Student Non Member
  • USC Accepted Student
  • Connect Conference Attendee

Note for Sponsor and Life Member registrants - your registration fee is included in your membership dues. You do need to register. Please do not enter a complimentary code. Rather, continue to the next screen where you will select the registration level associated with your member level.

Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds of conference fees must be made by March 1, 2021 to eca@kocmemberservices.com. There is a $10 processing fee for all refunds.

You will be able to pay online with a credit card or request an invoice for payment by check.

Note: When payment is by credit card, the address on the payment screen must match the address on the credit card billing statement. You may need to update this information on the payment screen ... you do not need to change your ECA profile to make this your preferred mailing address.
